SP 4/5

The mobile egg laying block machines SP4 and SP 5 are simple, uncomplicated but at the same time very robust block making machines with which the costumer can tap into the world of block making at a very moderate budget.

The mobile egg laying block machines SP4 and SP 5 are suitable for the production of concrete blocks, pavers, interlocks, U-type blocks, retaining wall elements, palisades, kerbstones etc. The machines are built from proven components. A heavy duty steel frame allows an easy access to all components which are designed for easy maintenance.

The SP-4, SP-5 series machines are equipped by an electrical vibrator motor to compact the concrete elements and strong double chrome columns, dia 70 mm for head load and mould lift. The machine is moved manually but can be also equipped by an electrical drive motor. The fresh produced products are set on the production area, which is from concrete.

The feeding of concrete is done manually by wheelbarrow.
The products are manufactured in a mould through vibration.
